My wife has (had?) aggressive follicular lymphoma. Within 4 years she progressed after R-CHOP, BR, Ibrutinib, and Idelalisib/rituximab. In March 2016 at the age of 69 she had a NIH CAR-T infusion. She has been in complete remission for 31 months. In the NIH hospital her only side effect was low blood pressure for 2 days. At day 3 she was exercising in the NIH gym. Her only remaining side effect is low immunoglobulins for which she receives when her IgG falls below 400 - about every 4 months.
